Unable to register after successful payment

Hello, acording to tour documentation after the paypal payment, the Plugin will create the appropriate membership account for this user and The member will receive an email that contains a “special” link to complete the registration. But I don’t get the email, but when I register manually I recive the emails satisfactorily.

How could I solve this?
