Unable to protect pages

Hi,

For some reason, I am unable to protect my pages from certain membership levels. I have gone through all the steps in the documentation, I select the “yes, protect” button and check mark the membership levels i want a certain page to have access. When I click update, it goes back to No, don’t protect and my checked membership levels disappear. How can this be resolved?

Did you try deactivating and reactivating the plugin?
