Troubleshooting? Process isn't working

I’m new to the Simple Membership Plugin and can’t seem to get things rolling. I have followed the documentation and created the membership levels and Join Us Buttons.

I click Join Us and it goes to PayPay (SandBox), I make the payment and it completes and then redirects me to the page that I entered as the redirect page which is my homepage.

My test user doesn’t get a payment e-mail and doesn’t get the option to enter their membership information.

I can’t seem to find any troubleshooting tips in the documentation.

Hi can you enable debug mode and check the log file?

Have you set up your PayPal IPN?

Thank-you so much for your help. Seems like my sandbox account was the issue. Simple right? This is awesome. Time to purchase the Form Add-In.
