Tagged: form builder, registration form, shortcodes
Hello!
We are running wp version 4.1.1 with the theme: (http://www.prothemeus.com/demo/agent)
Is this version compatible? we are having some challenges with the plugin.
The Plugin is succsessfully installed, but some of the functions is not working right.
We have purchased the addon “Form Builder” but we cannot find the shortcode to the forms we are creating, to show them on our site.
[swpm_registration_form] is this the shortcode to use? we cant find the generated shortcodes created byt the form builder.
Regards
Magnus 🙂
Hi Magnus, The form builder doesn’t need any special shortcode. The same registration form shortcode works for that too. Basically, when you configure the form builder addon, the registration page will use the form you configured. You only need to configure the forms (nothing else).
Ok thx for answering.
The form doesnt show on: http://nettblankett.com/nastadriversclub/membership-join/membership-registration/

Looks like there is nothing there at all. Just for a test can you temporarily disable the form builder addon and tell me if the standard registration form (from the core plugin) shows on that page?
What happens if you switch to the default WordPress theme?
