    Hi,
I created a Membership level for 30 days and it offers 14 days trial period.
To access my site content i created a recurring paypal button with 14 days free trial option.
So after user registration they will subscribe to paypal payment for 14 days free trial.

Now the problem is after user signup and free trial to paypal. In admin panel it showing access starts from same day and expires after 30 days. where is the free trial period of 14 days.

EXAMPLE: User signed up on November 1st 2017.
Offering 14 days free trial. user got access to Membership of 30 days. So now in admin panel its showing account expiry on 30 November. It supposed to be start after free trial or give user to 44 days (14 + 30).
But it showing 30 days expiry.

Is it automatically renew the date to another 30 days after the free trial of 14 days after receiving payment to paypal or is it a bug?

I set membership level to 30 Days period.

    I will explain more clearly.
I created Gold membership plain with 30 days period. Created PayPal Subscription button with 14 days trial.
After user registration they wont see gold membership content so they buy for 14 days free trial for free using paypal subscription method. so after purchase account upgraded to Gold membership. Now the problem is its showing account will expire in 30 days. where is the 14 days free trial. amount will deduct in paypal after 14 days. but days wise calculation its suppose to calculate membership after 14 day right.

Example: IF User registered account on November 1st and registered for gold membership using 14 days free trial. account expiry showing November 30. its supposed to show December 14 right because of 14 days free trial. or after payment on November 14 it again renew for another 30 days then it will show correct expiry date of December 14?

Hi, for subscription payments the members level should not be set to a time limit. It should be set to No Expiry.

Before looking further into your issue. First try the above and see what happens next time someone signs up. Make sure you also enabled Debug Mode. Once the transaction has taken place, check the log file.

Report back after the next transaction.

    Thank you
