Translations in existing forms

It seems like there are a lot of translations in existing forms missing.
Like the password strength validation string in the registration form is English. My site is in German language. Also the submission confirmation (while in German) doesn’t really look very sexy.

For these details and missing translations, do I need to purchase the form-builder add-on? Can the form builder address and resolve these issues?

Translation strings missing mean it hasn’t been translated in that specific language yet. The following translation documentation should be helpful:
