Translate to German

I get more and more a fan of “Simple Membership”. Today I havce bought my first Addon.

But there is still one thing I dont find a solution (maybe I have tomatoes on my eyes):

How can I translate these phrases of the [swpm_login_form]:

Subscription Payment Status
Canceled or Expired
You can purchase a new subscription when needed to reactivate

I would like to translate it into German. And I would like to set some html-<br> between the lines. Is there a possibility for that?
