Transaction data for conversion tracking

Hey, we are offering three membership tiers that can be paid for via the Stripe button (which shows the Stripe popup). Upon successful payment, customers are re-directed to a thank you page. Is it possible to get any transaction data (such as purchase value, purchased product name, etc.) to either 1) the thank you page, 2) URL parameters or 3) data layer?
I need this for conversion tracking purposes – I would like to load these values and then send them to a tool like Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.
