ParticipantI have re-uploaded the 2-days-ago files of the plugins, and it works back.
I confirm the problem comes from the last/recent update of the plugin.
I have deactivated the automatique update.July 10, 2024 at 3:49 pm #28376Eric iStudio101

KeymasterHi, The following error was added in our latest version to ensure no user profiles exist without a membership level assigned:
Error! This member profile does not have a valid membership level assigned. This check helps prevent issues caused by deleting a membership level without updating the member’s profile, which can lead to unexpected behaviors and errors without clear sources.
To resolve this error, please check the following on your site:
#1) Member Profiles: Ensure that all member profiles have a valid membership level attached. Correct any profiles missing this assignment.
#2) Addon Update: Download and install the latest version of the following addon to see if it resolves the error. Delete the currently installed copy of the addon before installing the new one.

ParticipantI do hope the addons that I purschazed 2 or 3 years ago are all compatible with SM 4.4.9.
It’s really pity that such page
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-addon-show-member-info/
doesn’t contain the last version number and the change log. There should be a newsletter that informs us released updates of addons and plugins.

Keymaster#1) All free addons include a readme.txt file with details such as version numbers and change logs. We periodically review usage and upload popular free addons to WordPress.org. We try not to upload everything to WordPress.org, as many of these addons don’t see much usage and increase our maintenance workload.
#2) Paid addons come with one year of support and updates. If you are within this period, you will receive update notification emails from us. If you have not received notifications, it is likely that your support and update period has expired. We avoid sending nagging renewal or marketing emails. If you are having any issues with a paid addon, use the paid addon support ticket option and we should be able to provide more guidance.
#3) We are a small team dedicated to keeping this open-source project affordable and sustainable. Most of our users prefer low-cost solutions, and we continually strive to improve. However, we understand that our project may not meet all expectations. If you require features beyond our current capabilities, we recommend exploring alternative plugins to avoid any frustration.
