ParticipantWhen I try to test my subscription button I get “This feature is only available to Business and Premier Accounts.” I have a business account. If I uncheck the sandbox checkbox under settings I can get beyond the error message but it won’t let me log in with my buyer’s sandbox account. It tells me “Some of your info isn’t correct. Please try again.” I’ve read everything I can find but I can’t get it to work. Can you help me? My website is

I read that document and retried everything exactly as the document suggested but when I try to complete the test transaction by logging into PayPal it won’t let me log in. It says “Some of your info isn’t correct. Please try again.”
I called PayPal and they said I couldn’t use the sandbox for my subscription buttons.
What should I do? I need to test the payment and profile process.

ModeratorHi, you need to use a standard PayPal payment button and not a subscription for sandbox testing. This will show you how the plugin works.
If the above does not help you then you will have to carry out a live subscription test. You might want to ask one of your friends or relatives to test this for you.
