Can someone tell me how I can change the text:

“If you have just made a membership payment then your payment is yet to be processed. Please check back in a few minutes. An email will be sent to you with the details shortly.”

You can customize the various text output of the plugin by creating a customized translation file for your site.

I have also just added a filter hook for that thank you page message. Below is an example of how you can use this filter hook to customize the message:
