ParticipantHi,
I’m having an issue with a critical error showing up on my site when using the SWPM Show Member Info add-on. I’ve narrowed down the issue to the specific shortcode of ‘[swpm_show_member_info column=”expiry_date”]’ If I remove this shortcode from my site the errors are gone. I’m attaching a screenshot of the first part of the error screen:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nFJXKgD2hD68_BsEnURo6bN9rT6h2A6R/view?usp=sharing
Any help much appreciated! Showing the expiry date is important for the project i’m working on, if there is even some kind of workaround that would be great.

KeymasterLooks like that member doesn’t have a member level attached to the profile which needs to be investigated first.
Go to the members menu in your admin dashboard. Search for this user’s record. Check the value in the “membership level” column. Is there a membership level set or is that column empty?
When a member account is created, there should always be a membership level. If the membership level column value is empty, then there is setup mistakes or conflict on the site and we need to investigate where that mistake or conflict is. So before I ask additional questions, I want to see if the member’s account has membership level attached or not.

KeymasterDoes it happen for all the users or that one particular user record? If you create a new user account for testing, does it happen to that new user?
Please show me a screenshot of the user’s row from the member’s interface (not the edit member’s interface)

ParticipantHi, I made another test user and it happens then as well. Here is a screenshot of both users in the backend: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1b8Ep0uVq3Mm3ykwWsNMFkf266SE8hoFf/view?usp=sharing
To clarify, the error comes up on the protected page before log-in (sorry, should have been more specific about this!) No errors when logged in, but upon log-out instead of showing the ‘page is protected’ notice (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_l8d0gl5D-0HF4DP5P-wXl9eUnq97fh9/view?usp=sharing) the error appears again. So error happens on protected page when not logged in only.

KeymasterThank you. The setup looks fine with the membership level. I am not sure what could be causing this. I would like to take a closer look at site to get some clues about this one. Please submit a contact form on this site to get in touch.
