I created a custom form and now members can’t update their profile. If I disable the plugin the can update the standard information just fine. There has to be something I did in the process that broke things but I can’t figure it out. I have uninstalled the premium add-on and optimized my database and re=installed it and I still have the same problem. The members can’t even change their password! I really need help, I’m willing to make a temporary account for someone to help me.
Thanks in advance for the GREAT help!
Gary
Hi, what Form Builder version are you running in your site?
Kind regards
Thanks for getting back to me! The version is:
Simple Membership Addon to Dynamically Build Registration and Edit Profile Forms.
Version 4.6.9 | By wp.insider | Visit plugin site
This is getting quite painful for our members (and me), if you want I can set up a temporary login with admin privileges for you.
Regards, Gary
I have replied to your other support thread.
Thank you
