swpm-form-builder.pot error

Hi!
I have swpm-form-builder Version: 4.7.1.
Wen I open swpm-form-builder.pot from Poedit, “duplicate message definition…” error.
I think this version of swpm-form-builder.pot is for another version.
Then, I made a new pot file and made mo file and place it /wp/wp-content/languages/plugins, but can’t localize.
Is swim-form-builder is for multi language?

I have a similar issue but I’m not getting any help form the Premium addon support.
No matter where I place the .po and .mo files they just will not localize.

Can somebody please help?
