Simple WordPress is no longer initiating a registration form and no longer sends the reminder emails for incomplete registrations. The form for adding name and address is being bypassed and going straight to payment resulting in all registrations being incomplete and need to be entered manually.
We have tried contacting by using the website contact form but it hangs up and will not send. We also tried the form for paid support, which we are happy to pay, but have not heard back.
It took many many attempts to register for the forum, as this site does not seem to work much better. Lots of error messages.
We tried updating the software and we get the following error message.
