Recently been receiving the error Fatal error! Payment with ref_id swpm_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
When attempting to use the Stripe SCA Payment button. Strangely, the button does work when I am editing the page through Elementor, but when I enter the page and use it normally it does not.
Any help would be great.
I have resolved this issue. Anyone having a similar issue check whether you have the Popup Maker plugin as this is where I found the conflict.
“Recently been receiving the error Fatal error! Payment with ref_id swpm_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”
I just began receiving the same error. My Stripe SCA Payment buttons were working fine, I had them positioned on the simple-membership join us page. I made a small update to the page, adding a new link. I wanted to see if, using the standard WP Gutenberg editor, I could add a shortcode to a button. After embedding the shortcode in the button, my stripe buttons stopped working and started throwing the error Fatal error.
I removed the Gutenberg button and the stripe buttons started working again. Just an FYI…
