Status Of Members Keeps Going To Expired

I have entered my members from my old site manually using their original start dates. Most of them are monthly subscriptions and many of them are showing as “expired”, even though I have changed them to be “active”.

I will change their start dates to the day of the month they registered, but for last month.

Does this make sense to you?

I am not sure if that will work or not. However can you enable debug mode. Then when next transaction occurs if they are changed to expired, can you check the log file.

Sorry, I think I found the problem and it is not with the plugin. It is with my lack of knowledge of how things work, trying to read pages quickly and missing details.

I have changed the Access Starts date to one month before their next payment is due to come out. I think that should fix it. Sorry to have bothered you.
