ParticipantI’m using the Super Socializer plugin and followed all the instructions on this webpage:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/social-login-plugin-simple-membership/I was able to create a free membership level username using Facebook, but when I login via Super Socializer and go to a webpage that is protected by Simple Membership, it says I either need to Subscribe or Login. I do have the free membership checked on that page also. When I login with username and password, it works. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

ModeratorHi,
I was able to create a free membership level username using Facebook,
Just want to confirm this with you. Did you create the Free account using Super Socializer plugin? Another words it created a WordPress user account and a membership account at the same time. Is this correct?
Kind regards

ParticipantYes I was able to create free membership and WordPress account. Problem is I can’t access free pages with Social but able to access if I use login form.

ParticipantYep. Definitely related issue and I don’t see a resolution yet. Guess I’ll have to wait until it’s addressed. Thanks for looking into this.

Participantis there any resolution to working with miniorange social login? (or any providers other than accesspress?) super socialiser doesn’t work either, they create the members – but SMP never recognises the users as logging in – though other plugins do.

Moderator@quick_dry, did you check the link The Assurer shared above? If a social sharing plugin uses the proper WordPress hooks then it will work with our plugin.
Kind regards
