Hello, I use the Download Monitor in the Basic version in conjunction with the Simple WordPress Membership Plugin. I have the following problem: When I have created a download and Simple WordPress Membership has the selection “Choose the membership level that can access this content” it does not save the selection. It also does not save “Do you want to protect this content?”. That is on the page the download is displayed for all in all membership levels. What could be the reason for this? Everything is installed according to instructions and works, only this function does not work. Thx for help.
Just to confirm, are you referring to the “attachment page” that WP creates for each of the media files that you upload? or a standard WordPress page that you have created and put some downloads on that page?
Does it happen on one particular page or all the pages on your site?
I refer to the download. There you can set which member can see it. This does not work. The support of the download monitor says I should ask here. The best thing is to upload a picture. I can click on it but it is not saved or working.
