    Hello

I’m using Simple Membership Plugin (the latest version),the SWPM Partial Protection and the Full Page Proctection in combination with Elementor.
When I go on my website from my WordPress (as administrator), I can’t see any protected element (partial sections o full pages) as if I was an unconnected user.
Also, I can’t edit Elementor full protected pages. All I got was the Elementor error dialog saying “The preview could not be loaded”.

Why SWPM doesn’t recognize me as admin?
Should I create a user in SWPM with the same email address?
The risk here, and it’s happens to me once is delete my admin user from wordpress when I delete the SWPM user with the same email address.

    Thank you
    Pauline

    Hi,

To give admin access to protected content, please follow these instructions https://simple-membership-plugin.com/giving-wordpress-admin-user-access-protected-content/.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you

    Hi!

Thank you for your help. I tried but it’s not working.
It’s seems that the plugin doesn’t see that I’m connected as admin…
I see everything as if I was disconnected.
(except for my main menu because I choose the visualization mode directly with wordpress)

Parameters of my membership level for my admin user “Admin Access Level”:
    Profile by default : Administrator
And I give access to all protected content…
    I don’t understand.
