Simple Word Press Membership Form Builder

When the information on a custom form with custom fields is updated the user is taken to a blank page, where/how do I redirect the user back to the Home Page?
Things I have tried:
1) disabling all the plugins
2) change the theme to Twenty Seventeen with all the plugins disabled
3) deleting all my forms and recreating them after optimizing the database
4) uninstalling and reinstalling SWPM and the addon’s and reinstalling them after optimizing the database
5) posted a request for help on the Premium Addon Support page
Please, can someone help me?

I figured out how to redirect it to the home page but it doesn’t tell the user that the update was successful before it goes to the home page.
