ParticipantI just installed this plugin and have the redirect page set up for after someone logs in. But after logging in, it goes to the WP dashboard, not to the page on my site. I don’t want them to be inside a dashboard. I just want them to have to log in to view a particular page on my site.

ModeratorHi, are you currently using the following plugin Simple Membership After Login Redirection? If you do did you also enable Enable Redirect to Last Page?

ParticipantI have the redirect link in each membership level in the After Login Redirection Page field.

ModeratorHi, do you have the following enabled Enable Redirect to Last Page. This is located in WP Membership -> Login Redirection?

ParticipantAs I said, I have the desired page URL in each of the membership levels. When I tried enabled redirect to last page, something strange happened.
My goal is to send members to the Support page (/support), which tells them they need to log in (/login). Once they log in they can see the content on the Support page.
Once someone logs in, they either get “This content is not permitted for your membership level.” or they end up in a circular loop of going to the Support page asking them to log in, then seeing the Support page again with the login. Note: this is not the /login page. It is the /support page telling them they need to login. If they then click the login link, they go to the login page and are then told they cannot access the content.

ModeratorHi, thank you for clarifying further what you need. I misunderstood your original question above. In this case you can’t enable the following Enable Redirect to Last Page.
In regards to the following comment.
As I said, I have the desired page URL in each of the membership levels.
Even with the above enabled, is the member being redirected to the URL set up on their Membership Level? If not do you have any other membership plugin installed in your site? Can you disable all of your other plugins and carry out a test?
Thank you

ParticipantSo can you please tell me how I could do this? If I take them to a login page (/support/login) and then have the redirect set to /support, it logs them into a dashboard. I want them to access the page, not the dashboard. Everything I’ve tried has not worked (and I’m pretty technically savvy).

ModeratorHi, what theme are you using? Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen? As far as I know when you set up a redirect for a log in member it will redirect them to that page or post. Can you also maybe share a screen capture of what the member sees when they log in, “Dashboard”?
Thank you

ParticipantI don’t see any way to upload a file to show you.

ParticipantIt doesn’t matter what theme I am using.
