    Hi..

1st of all thanks a lot for great plugin. It works like charm. Client is very happy.
one thing i m facing is, when a post is protected, it’s comments are also protected. I have kept commenting open for public. So people can submit comments without registration, but they cant see their own post on any-one elses post “when content is protected”..

I want to disable this, can you help please..

    hi…

i am in india and using a indian payment gateway. Currently i am just sending users to custom registration page to complete registration post payment.

Is it possible that i just return variables returned by PayPal, privately using my payment gateway and get customer registered by sending email, exactly same way your paypay button works.. in this case i dont actually touch the code at all, but my gateway just works. Kindly guide. If you think this is premium level problem, i dont mind booking premium ticket for this. Thanks a lot for your kind cooperation.

You have developed a wonderful plugin! Hats off..
I managed to create a complete membership site with android mobile app, and things just work cool everywhere. You people rock!

Hi, in regards to your first question. Do you have the following feature Members Must be Logged in to Comment enabled under Settings? If you do, disable this feature.

In regards to your second question, unfortunately at present there is no option for adding your own Payment Gateway.

    Thank you

Yes, member must be logged in disabled in WordPress settings also and module also. Do u think jetpack can have some interference in this??

2nd Issue : VIMP for me. Can I get paid support for it? How much will that be for one such paid plugin? Or can you kindly guide me in that process??

Please use the contact form on the site (mention this forum thread so I have some reference). I will communicate with you to better understand your requirement for this manual payment scenario and then I will give you a quote for it.

Yes, jetpack might be the cause of your issue. Can you disable jetpack altogether or simply the feature that controls the comments. Then carry out a test? Let me know how you go.

    Regards

    hiii…

    jetpack doesn’t seems like problem.
i disabled jetpack. refreshed everything, nothing happened.
i disabled swpm custom message module and tried, no luck…

finally i edited class.simple-wp-membership.php file and in filter_comment() function i returned the $content as it is. It works perfectly.. do u think this can be problem in future or may affect somewhere else?? Any better way to do this??

    kindly note,

the problem is in class.swpm-access-control.php (i am sorry if this is expected behavior)
in the function can_i_read_comment(), it checks if the POST is protected, and then it just protects it if the POST it protected…

    filter_comment() depends on this function..
correct me if i am wrong.. is the expected one??

I don’t see any contact form email from the [mail@vinaysamant.com] address.

The comments on protected posts are also protected. Thats how this plugin works (it is expected behavior).

    Hi
I am facing the same issue (1st question)
The feature “Members Must be Logged in to Comment” is disable.
    See as an example https://yogaazur.fr/session-yoga-rose-persetosa/
(I use wpDiscuz, but it isn’t the problem : even when thus plugin is disabled, the issue remains)
How can we fix the problem ?
    Many thanks
    Eric
