    Installed the shortcode plugin to have users upgrade themselves manually and redirect to a different page on success. However, WordPress gives back this error message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    The user account is upgraded but no redirect and the error comes up. I also notice the error when manually upgrading users from the dashboard.

    Pleae advise and thanks for a great plugin, been using it for years!

    ***update*** I deactivated the paid mailerlite plugin for SMP – it was the culprit causing issues. Any word on an update?
