How can I get back to the basic registration form after installing the premium add on form builder (which the support team says they can not figure out why it is not working properly)?
When I removed the premium add on form the registration page is still looking for it instead of defaulting back resulting in a FORM NOT FOUND error for our users.
Please help in a timely fashion!!!!!
Hi, what shortcode are you using for the Free registration form? What are your other shortcodes created from the Form Builder add-on? You might like to read the following documentation to help you further.
Regards
Per the documentation, I am using one registration form for all registrations.
Registration page – [swpm_registration_form]
Profile page – [swpm_profile_form]
Otherwise, I have followed the documentation referenced to the exact letter.
Do you have a cache plugin? If you do did you delete the cache? You said you disabled the Form Builder add-on, but the form still does not show. Can you add the shortcode above in a different page without publishing the page and view to see if you can see the form? Can you also enable debug mode and check the log file.
