Hi there,
For individual members, I am amending their member details, and then sending an email notification (by clicking the checkbox on the member profile screen) so they know their details have been amended.
However, I tried this on my own member profile to test it out first – and NO email notification was sent/received.
Do you know why this is?
How can I resolve this please? It’s urgent.
Many thanks in advance,
Rosie Davenport
Hi, can you read the following troubleshooting instructions.
Thank you
Hi there,
My query is in relation to the individual member profiles, where you can ‘notify’ a member when their profile has been changed. This does not work for me as no emails get sent.
When I activate the ‘debug’ nothing appears in the log.
Why can’t I ‘notify’ members about changes to their profiles?
Please advise, as urgent.
Many thanks
Rosie x

Hi, what is entered in the e-mail body when you enable Notify User? Can you carry out a test and create a test account then make an adjustment to the test account. Do you receive an e-mail?
If the above does not work can you disable the plugin, delete the plugin and installed a fresh new copy. Can you carry out another test using the test account you created above.
Let me know how you go.
