    I’m trying to get the “Send Notifications to Admin” setting to save, but the checkbox is blank after I click Save Changes. It keeps resetting back to un-checked. The “Send Email to Member When..” is also not savings.

    Am I missing something?

    Any help on this is super appreciated.
