HI:
I accidentally deleted a membership type and now I have a list of users that are no longer associated with a membership.
Is there a way I can restore the membership I deleted?
Or, is there a way I can bulk-select users and assign them a membership level?
As a last resort, I’m assuming I can install a backup of our site. But would that also restore our user logins as well? I’m just afraid that it’ll break our site.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Depending on your expertise, there are a few ither options:
- If the number of affected members is “small” (less than 30), it is fastest to just reassign each member to the correct level.
- If you are moderately confident about your ability to use phpmyadmin, you can lookup the membership level ID in the tables and then assign it to the affected members.
