renewal subscription

Hello team,

do I understand it rightly, that when I put the payment button on subscription, payment via paypal.
Will the subscription be automatically renewed via paypal after 12 monthts.
But what do I have to choose here…?
no expiration or after 12 months, when I want after 12 months. or one year is this better?

or this

Läuft aus nach 12 Monate (Zugang verfällt nach einer bestimmten Anzahl von Monaten)

Hi, Yes, when you create a PayPal subscription using the following documentation, the subscription will be automatically renewed via PayPal after 12 months:

You can select either of the following options for your membership level (both will work fine):

#1) No Expiry (if you select this option, then the account access will be active until the subscription is cancelled)

#2) 1 Year (as long as the next subscription payment is received withing the 1 year time-frame, the account access will be extended by another year. It will keep going like that until cancelled.
