Renewal problem

Dear all,
i’ve setup a new page as renewal page; i checked the option and defined that page as landing page in case user has his own subscription expired. when user try to access to protected page the box with the message with the link to renewal page appears BUT if i click on the link i’m not moved to the renewal page but to the same page containing the box .

so i created a loop and whne the user click on the link it returns to the same starting page.

Can you help me ? i followed the documentatin step by step.
