Does the member receive any kind of email notification upon successful renewal? Are we able to customize this email at all?

Whenever a renewal payment occurs; both the member and the admin will receive a payment confirmation from the payment processor. That email is not customizable.

Apart from that, once a member account is activated; the only other email the system might send, is if the member “upgrades” their membership level (Account Upgrade Notification). That email can be customized; in the SWPM Email Settings.

    Thanks for clarifying!

We set up a bunch of members last year and they bought a subscription option.

However, they are NOT receiving a notice that their credit card will be charged automatically, nor even a message from Stripe that the payment went through! (I know this for a fact as my own account was just renewed and I only know about it because the treasurer just told me!)

This is VERY unfriendly for our members. Isn’t there a way we can tell them ahead of time that they will be auto-renewed, giving them to option to cancel. Or, better yet, we could give them the option to renew (opt in) and let their membership expire otherwise.

Thanks this is rather urgent since we got a new batch of members a year ago upon implementing the new system!

    Thanks!!
