ParticipantI am redirecting visitors after payment to the registration page (where they can also sign up to receive notifications via SMS). But when they get there, they are told they can’t access it without being logged in. It provides a login URL and a URL to the membership join page (that page just takes them straight to PayPal without giving the opportunity to register).
I can’t find documentation for setting up the registration page upon payment.
I am also not receiving a welcome email when I sign up to the website.
Site is: bet value.com.au
Thanks

ModeratorHi, can you read the following documentation. This will help you understand the registration process.

ParticipantOK thanks. I’ve worked out that it is meant to send the person signing up a welcome email with a link to the registration page.
I received one email (because I did a manual send) but once I registered I was given a 500 error:
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://betvalue.com.au/registration/?member_id=1&code=7d493d9c80802c63b142c118aa4a068b. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Reload this web page
Press the reload button to resubmit the data needed to load the page.I pressed the “reload button” and got this message:
Error! Invalid Request. Could not find a match for the given security code and the user ID.
Free membership is disabled on this site. Please make a payment from the Join us page to pay for a premium membership. You will receive a unique link via email after the payment. You will be able to use that link to complete the premium membership registration.
I then tried a new button but I am still not receiving emails. I have filled in email fields.
Just don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
I have tried to follow documentation step by step and with deactivating all plugins.

ModeratorDo you have PayPal IPN set up in your PayPal account? Can you also enable Debug mode and then carry out another test. After the test can you check the log file.
Thank you
