Registration only after Admin send a password to user

Hello,

I would like that not every user can login on the member pages. Is it possible that the user sending his Name/Familyname/Emailadress and will recive, after we checked if it’s a known (club) member, a mail with username and password?
Later on he can change his password in the Profil?
