Registration issues

1. The registrtion form looks weird on my mobile and on other testers’ mobiles. the words are split up, so it’s not rendering correctly for mobile. Is this a theme issue or a form issue? Is this an easy fix?

2. One user registered on the site and didn’t get redirected to automatically login. It just left him on the registration page. I have after login enabled for each membership level and have tested myself with no issues. He had a WordPress issue when he registered (ie. it picked up his WP user name). Could that be related? Should I turn that feature off?

This might be related to your theme. Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Twenty.

This might have something to do with a cache issue. Do you have a cache plugin installed in your site or server?
