This is the content of the registration form I see.
In your documention I see that also the adress ,zip code , city , country and more can be filled in.
I miss this as I you can see.
Why is this ?
In the manually situation I see the complete list.

In the section how to add manually a member I saw the layout, as I mentioned.
This layout is also shown when I go to the section Member in the plugin.
I assumed that this is also the form that will be shown by the registration form on the site.
So that is not the case.

option 1:
you can edit views/add.php file and add the field you want. all the available fields are in views/admin_member_form_common_part.php

option 2:
you can use swpm form builder addon. it allows you to customize registration form the way you want.
