{reg_link} shows nothing in email

When using {reg_link} in the activation emails there is only a void line. This is the email:

Dear xxx,

Thank you for registering. To activate your account, please click on the following link (this will confirm your email address):

Thank You

How can I fix it? thanks.

Are you talking about Email Settings (Prompt to Complete Registration ) located in the plugins Email Settings tab?

Yes, this one and also the last that says:

“This email will be sent if Email Activation is enabled for a Membership Level.”

In the last email block I should use this tag: {activation_link}

Instead I was using {reg_link} because I copypasted from another email block…
