Recaptcha on Registration Form

Is it possible to add a recaptcha to the registration form. I see the option for adding to the login page and password reset page, but I am getting a lot of SPAM on the registration form.

I have that Add-on but if you look at the settings, the recaptcha can only be applied to the ‘Login’ and ‘Password Reset’ forms. There is no option to toggle it on for the ‘Registration’ page.
