Tagged: Firefox, recaptcha, troubleshooting
Hi,
There seems to be an issue when logging into our website on Firefox — when trying to click on the recaptcha, it just keeps spinning and nothing happens. But it works perfectly on Chrome.
This only started to happen just a couple of days ago. We tried everything from uninstalling the plugin and then reactivating it — we looked to see if we had any ad blockers on and nothing.
Again, we are baffled that this is happening and we’re hoping someone could help us.
Many thanks,
SWPM is agnostic, as to whether you are using Firefox, Edge, or Chrome. You didn’t mention if the issue is limited to just YOUR Firefox browser, or everybody’s Firefox browser.
Because the issue only occurs on Firefox and not Chrome, it is most likely a browser settings issue.
Finally, you can always try installing a fresh copy of Firefox onto an instance of Windows Sandbox.
Sorry I wasn’t clear but to answer your question, it only happens with Firefox. I have tried everything you mentioned but it still does not work, I even tried to use older versions of Firefox. Not sure though what you mean about Windows Sandbox.
It’s really frustrating because I truly don’t know what is wrong — and this only started to happen a few days ago.
The plugin is browser agnostic. Please provide more specific answers to each of the following questions:
