Tagged: Re-direct
After a member updates their profile they get a blank page, it doesn’t tell them that their profile has changed. If they hit the browser back arrow it says they have to login; this is especially confusing when they requested a password change and the only reason they were updating their profile was because they forgot it and they did not want to use the system created password.
I looked in the “login related debug file” and I’m seeing this:
[05/10/2019 5:23 PM] – SUCCESS: validate() – Bad Hash
The “general log file” I’m seeing this:
[05/10/2019 5:23 PM] – SUCCESS: User role updated.
If I were a guessing man I would think that the “- Bad Hash” has something to do with why a user gets a blank page after they update their profile.
Ideas???
Hi, do you use a cache plugin in your site?
Kind regards
