Protected pages available after user logs out

I’ve set up the plugin, members, protected pages. But when the user logs out, anyone using the computer can access the protected pages simply by going through the browser history or typing in the protected page URL.

How do I prevent protected pages from either being stored in the browser history or not displaying the protected page message when re-accessed?
