Hi, I am new to this plugin and followed all the steps to protect certain content and it is not working. I only have one membership level “Student Member.”
The content is a PDF but in the media library it offers to protect this content and select the membership level to allow to view it.
Website page: rebekahjsimpson.com/student-lounge
All links on this page should be protected.
Please help! Thanks! Rebekah
Have you protected your “Student Lounge” page using the content protection option? Read the following documentation to learn how to protect a WordPress post or page:
Read the “Basic Setup” instruction from the following page to learn how to use the page protection options:

Hi Thank you for responding so quickly. I Intended for the Student Lounge page to be viewed by anyone but the links on the page would be protected. Is that possible or do I have to protect the entire page? Thank you!
Ha! I figured it out… When uploading the file there are two options under Attachment Display Settings:
1. Media File
2. Attachment Page
You have to select #2. for it to work.
Thanks!
cool! thanks for letting us know.
