profile page not showing up.

the plugin is installed on a wordpress site and working, but the member profile page doesn’t show up. the page is a child of the protected for members drop-down on the main menu. it all looks right in the administrative area. the rest of the plugin doesn’t seem to have any problems.

You mean the edit profile page of the user (where the member can go and edit the profile)?

Yes. It’s after the user is signed in and on a dropdown that is for members only.

Could you create a test user account and then share the login details so I can log into the site as a user and see the issue?

I’m seeing this exact same issue. After they have joined in, they get their name, membership level and it says active. There is no button that allows them to edit their profile. This is an issue. It is confusing to the subscriber. Could you please fix this ASAP!! In the mean-time, I have to edit this page by putting a link in. That is annoying and it doesn’t stop the confusion.
