Profile form disappears after user update.

Hi,

I am setting up a site with the Simple Membership plugin and has encountered a strange behavior when testing a user updating the profile form.
After entering the new information and clicking the update button, the form disappears and only “Profile Updated” is displayed on the screen.

Any idea why this is happening?
