Private Membership | Multiple Free Members

Hi,

Trying to Create a Private Website: When I remove the shortlink on the Registration page, it repopulates automatically.

Trying to Setup Multiple Free Members: Clicking on Shortform takes me to a search page with a Page Not Found error. I’m not able to create a new form.

Please help.

Yes. I have it downloaded and activated…I like the update BTW…Form Shortcode is listed in the admin dashboard. However, there’s no Membership Level to select from a dropdown list because there’s no dropdown list. I have 5 levels of membership. I tried staying on the Membership Level screen, choosing a member type then clicking on Form Shortcode. The action takes me to a Page Not Found area.
