On 4th June I paid for a premium add-on (the export member data add-on) but have not yet received it – when purchasing, it said “you will shortly receive an email” etc… but to date I have received no email, and as a result we do not have access to the required add-on. My PayPal account shows that payment was made.

Looks like an email was sent to your gmail address that was used to make the purchase. I have just sent another download link to both your emails (the one you are using in this forum and your gmail one that is in our record). Let us know if you don’t receive it.
Thank you – that solved it. I didn’t receive the first email sent to my gmail address (I did check spam folders etc), but have now received the email with the appropriate links in both emails.
