[Support request] Plug-in not creating member account after receiving transaction

Recently, when new members subscribe, the plug-in gets as far as saving the transaction data but does not create an account for the member thus no email gets sent/they can’t complete registration. From the debug log, I see that after a purchase is successful, another PayPal class should be initiated where an IPN check happens, the subscription iPN is received and an account gets created. But, that is no longer happening. Why would this be and how can I fix it?

Please turn on the SWPM debug logs, and make sure an IPN is being received, from the payment processor.
