    Hi,
    I am using the free version of the Simple Membership Plugin since one year with success but have recently noticed that about 50% of all PayPal payments, are NOT getting registered in the WordPress PayPal payment list nor are the membership entries updated after the payment. Some are just coming through as they should and some are not. This is what is strange.
    It is very unreliable, and I need now to manually match each incoming email receipt from PayPal with the list of PayPal payments and the Membership records in the WordPress system. This is not why we have chosen this system….
    The idea was to get rid of manual handling of payments!
    Any hint of what might be wrong and what I should do te get it 100% reliable?
    I hope I am not going to end up in a battle where PayPal, the Plugin provider and our website host, are blaming each other and nothing is done!

    P.S. my webhost is ONE.COM and is normally very reliable.

    Hi, these types of issues are not easy to work out because as you say this only happens to about 50% of the time.

    First I would enable debug mode. The following documentation can help you.
