Hi –

In order for a PayPal subscription payment be applied correctly, is it a requirement that the PayPal email login and the application email login be the same?

I’m testing an application where they are different, and the subscription is not being applied. Help!

They do not have to be the same. Please enable debug logs in the plugin, perform a test, and post the logs here.

Also, please ensure the plugin is properly setup to receive PayPal IPN.
