Paypal – "Funds have not been cleared yet"

Hi,
I have a quick question about registration. A first user “bought” a package, but the Paypal transaction is currently Pending (I suspect my client’s email address is not verified on Paypal yet, because the pending reason is “unilateral”).

The IPN was successfully verified, but then I get the following failure messages:

[06/04/2018 4:51 PM] – FAILURE: Funds have not been cleared yet. Transaction will be processed when the funds clear!
[06/04/2018 4:51 PM] – FAILURE: IPN product validation failed.

Will the plugin eventually try and catch the payment again to display it in the admin and send the registration email to the user, or is this Payment “lost forever”, and we will need to create the account manually for the user?

After approving the payment with the verified email address, the answer is yes, the plugin caught the payment, created the account, etc.
This is solved.
