    We’d like to use the Paypal drop-down menu with price/option button rather than put all these “pay” icons all over the site. The problem is that in doing so, we do not have the code to associate the payment to all the membership levels (2 through 5). Is there a code that we could put in the advanced variables section to make this happen?
